A collective of American theatre artists with years of experience at the highest levels of Broadway, West End, international, national and regional theatre spaces, as well as inside the television, film and music industries.

We have emerged from the collective trauma of a life-changing pandemic more determined than ever to rethink the ways that a theatre industry that was already unsustainable can be transformed into a self-sustaining one, for the benefit of all theatre-makers, and the communities they serve.
